01 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, installing, or otherwise accessing or using the Game or Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing your child to use the Services, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on behalf of the child and accepts responsibility for the child's use of the Services.

If you are under the age of 13, you are not permitted to use the Services under any circumstances. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

02 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Game, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to the following:

• One account per person. You may only create and maintain one account. Operating multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information. You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• Responsibility for activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activity. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
• No account sharing. Your account is personal to you and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person.

03 Pre-Launch & Beta Access

Junkyard Tycoon 2 is currently in a pre-launch phase. Access to beta versions of the Game is subject to the following additional terms:

• Invite-only access. Beta access is granted at our sole discretion. Signing up on the Website or joining a waitlist does not guarantee you will receive beta access. We reserve the right to grant, deny, or revoke beta access at any time without notice or explanation.
• Progress wipes. During the beta period, we may perform full or partial data wipes, including but not limited to account progress, virtual currency balances, vehicles, factory production data, guild memberships, and marketplace transaction history. Any in-game progress achieved during beta is not guaranteed to persist into the final release.
• Instability and bugs. The beta version may contain bugs, errors, incomplete features, and performance issues. By participating in the beta, you accept these risks and understand that the Game may not function as intended.
• Feedback. We encourage you to report bugs and provide feedback. Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or bug reports you submit become the property of BizSim Game Studios and CeanDoo Games. We may use, modify, and implement your feedback without any obligation to you, including without compensation or attribution.
• Confidentiality. Unless we have expressly authorized public discussion, beta participants may not disclose non-public features, unreleased content, or confidential information about the Game obtained during the beta period.

04 Game Rules & Fair Play

Junkyard Tycoon 2 is a competitive multiplayer experience. To ensure a fair and enjoyable environment for all players, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Cheating. Using any method to gain an unfair advantage that is not an intended feature of the Game, including but not limited to exploiting glitches, using modified game files, or manipulating game data.
• Hacking. Accessing or attempting to access the Game's servers, source code, databases, or backend systems without authorization. This includes packet sniffing, traffic interception, and any form of unauthorized data extraction.
• Exploiting bugs. Knowingly exploiting a software bug or unintended game mechanic for personal benefit. If you discover a bug, you are expected to report it to [email protected] rather than exploit it. Responsible disclosure is rewarded; exploitation is penalized.
• Botting and automation. Using bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers, or any other automated tools to play the Game, perform actions, or interact with the Services on your behalf.
• Reverse engineering. Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of the Game, its network protocols, or any related software.
• Tampering with anti-cheat systems. Attempting to circumvent, disable, or interfere with our server-side validation, App Check verification, or any other anti-cheat and security measures.

05 Multiplayer Conduct

As an online multiplayer game featuring guilds, player-to-player trading, drag racing PvP, and in-game chat, Junkyard Tycoon 2 requires a community built on mutual respect. You agree to the following conduct standards:

• Respectful behavior. Treat all players with respect and courtesy. Engage in good sportsmanship during PvP drag races, marketplace interactions, and guild activities.
• No harassment. Harassment, bullying, stalking, threatening, or intimidating other players is strictly prohibited, regardless of the medium (chat, guild messages, trade interactions, or any other communication channel).
• No hate speech. Content or behavior that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age is strictly prohibited.
• No spam or disruptive behavior. Flooding chat channels, sending repetitive messages, advertising external products or services, or otherwise disrupting the gameplay experience for others is not permitted.
• Guild conduct. Guild leaders and officers are expected to foster a positive environment within their guilds. Guilds with names, descriptions, or organized behaviors that violate these Terms may be disbanded, and their leadership may face account sanctions.
• Impersonation. You may not impersonate other players, staff members, moderators, or representatives of BizSim Game Studios or CeanDoo Games.
• Reporting. We provide in-game reporting tools for you to report violations. False or malicious reports submitted with the intent to harm another player are themselves a violation of these Terms.

06 In-App Purchases & Virtual Currency

Junkyard Tycoon 2 offers optional in-app purchases and virtual currencies. By making any purchase or using virtual currency within the Services, you agree to the following:

• Virtual currency. The Game features virtual currencies, including "Diamonds" and in-game "Money." These virtual currencies exist only within the Game and have no real-world monetary value. Virtual currencies cannot be exchanged for legal currency, and you do not own them in any legal sense. They represent a limited, revocable license to use a digital feature within the Game.
• Platform purchases. All purchases of virtual currency and premium content are processed through the platform store on which you access the Game (Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or Steam). Your purchase is subject to the terms and policies of the respective platform.
• No refunds from us. Because purchases are processed by third-party platforms, refund requests must be directed to the platform through which the purchase was made (Google Play, Apple, or Steam). We do not process refunds directly.
• Economy modifications. We reserve the right to modify, adjust, rebalance, or restructure the virtual economy at any time, including changing prices, exchange rates, reward structures, vehicle values, factory production yields, and the availability or quantity of virtual items. Such changes are part of normal game balancing and do not entitle you to a refund or compensation.
• No guaranteed value. The perceived value of virtual items, currency, vehicles, or any other in-game assets may fluctuate as the Game is updated. We make no guarantee regarding the future value, utility, or availability of any in-game item or currency.

07 Player Trading & Marketplace

The Game features a player-to-player trading marketplace where you can buy, sell, and trade vehicles, parts, and other in-game items. The marketplace is governed by the following rules:

• In-game trading only. All trading must occur exclusively within the Game's official marketplace system using the Game's virtual currencies. Trading items or currency outside the Game client through any external means is prohibited.
• No real-money trading (RMT). Buying, selling, or exchanging in-game items, vehicles, virtual currency, or accounts for real-world money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or any other real-world consideration is strictly prohibited. This includes advertising, facilitating, or participating in such transactions on any platform, whether in-game, on social media, on third-party websites, or elsewhere.
• No account selling. Accounts may not be bought, sold, traded, gifted, or transferred. Each account is tied to its original owner and is non-transferable.
• Marketplace rules. You agree to use the marketplace in good faith. Price manipulation, market cornering, scam trades, misleading listings, and any other form of marketplace abuse are prohibited.
• Trade reversals. We reserve the right to reverse, void, or modify any trade that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, exploitative, conducted in violation of these Terms, or the result of a bug or system error. Items and currency involved in reversed trades will be restored or removed as appropriate.

08 User-Generated Content

Certain features of the Game allow you to create, submit, or share content, including but not limited to chat messages, guild names and descriptions, profile names, vehicle showroom descriptions, and any other customizable text or visual elements ("User Content"). By creating or submitting User Content, you agree to the following:

• Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for the User Content you create or share. All User Content must comply with these Terms, applicable laws, and community standards.
• Prohibited content. User Content must not contain obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, defamatory, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, or illegal material. Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others is also prohibited.
• Moderation rights. We reserve the right to monitor, review, edit, remove, or disable access to any User Content at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including content we believe violates these Terms.
• Ownership and license. You retain ownership of the original creative elements in your User Content. However, by submitting User Content through the Services, you grant BizSim Game Studios and CeanDoo Games a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works of your User Content in connection with the Services and related marketing.

09 Intellectual Property

All content within the Game and on the Website, including but not limited to artwork, 3D models, vehicle designs, textures, animations, user interface designs, music, sound effects, code, text, logos, trademarks, and any other creative works (collectively, "Game Content"), is the property of BizSim Game Studios and/or CeanDoo Games or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• Limited license. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Game Content, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
• Content creation encouraged. We welcome and encourage players to create and share gameplay videos, screenshots, livestreams, reviews, tutorials, and other derivative content ("Fan Content") for personal, non-commercial purposes, or for monetized content on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and similar services. No separate permission is required for Fan Content, provided it does not misrepresent an official affiliation with BizSim Game Studios or CeanDoo Games.
• Trademarks. "Junkyard Tycoon," "Junkyard Tycoon 2," "BizSim Game Studios," "CeanDoo Games," and associated logos are trademarks of their respective owners. You may not use these marks in a manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Our enforcement approach follows a graduated system, though we reserve the right to skip steps depending on the severity of the violation:

• Warning. For minor or first-time infractions, you may receive a formal warning via in-game notification or email. The warning will describe the violation and expected behavior going forward.
• Temporary suspension. For repeated or moderate violations, your account may be temporarily suspended for a period determined at our discretion (typically ranging from 24 hours to 30 days). During suspension, you will not be able to access the Game or any associated services.
• Permanent ban. For severe violations, repeated offenses after warnings, or any activity involving cheating, hacking, real-money trading, or account selling, your account may be permanently terminated without the possibility of reinstatement.

Effect on purchases: If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund of any purchases made through the Services. Virtual currency balances, items, vehicles, and all other account data may be forfeited upon termination.

Appeals: If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may submit an appeal by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Account Appeal" and including your account details and a description of the situation. We will review appeals in good faith but are not obligated to overturn any enforcement decision.

11 Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to provide a stable and reliable service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Game or Website.

• No guaranteed uptime. The Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Game servers, Website, or any related services will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or outages.
• Maintenance. We may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance that temporarily renders the Services unavailable. Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice of planned maintenance through in-game announcements, social media, or the Website.
• Game updates and modifications. We reserve the right to update, modify, add to, or remove features, content, game mechanics, virtual items, vehicles, factory production systems, and any other aspect of the Game at any time and at our sole discretion. Updates may change game balance, alter the virtual economy, introduce new systems, or retire existing ones.
• Server shutdowns. While we intend to operate the Game for the foreseeable future, we reserve the right to discontinue the Game or any of its services at any time. In the event of a permanent shutdown, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 90 days advance notice to active players.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• "As is" disclaimer. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
• No liability for damages. BizSim Game Studios, CeanDoo Games, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of virtual items or currency, service interruptions, unauthorized access to your account, or any other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Maximum liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us (through platform purchases) in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty British pounds (GBP 50), whichever is greater.
• Essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, formation, or enforceability (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

• Informal resolution first. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make a good faith effort to resolve the matter within 30 days of receiving your written notice of the dispute.
• Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle the dispute, except where consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction grant you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
• Consumer rights. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also be entitled to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

14 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.

• Material changes. For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice before the revised Terms take effect. Notice may be provided through in-game notifications, email to your registered account address, a prominent announcement on the Website, or a combination of these methods.
• Continued use. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and, if you wish, request the deletion of your account.
• Review. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
